Steps :

1. play action -> color change
2. Quick selection tool to select skin.
3. Brush tool to brush off the color change on skin. *make sure its set to black here*
4. quick copy mask hack : option (mac keyboard) + click + drag
5. adjust hue + saturation to preference.
6. select desired color + opacity.
